The Tomorrow Trust was founded in 2005 by Kim Normand Dobrin, who is currently the Executive Director. The organisation works exclusively with orphans and vulnerable children and youth in South Africa to provide integrated education and holistic support in a sustainable manner enabling them to focus on their education and to access opportunities they otherwise would not have.

This is done by focussing on providing additional academic support to children in school (Grade R to Grade 12) via our Holiday and Saturday School Programmes as well as supporting tertiary aspirations via our Post-Secondary Programme taking each individual into the work force to be released finally from charity.

In order to achieve our objectives, the Tomorrow Trust partners with several role-players like; Community Based Organisations, Township Schools, Private Schools, Educators and Service Providers, ensuring that collectively we provide for the total well-being of our beneficiaries in a holistic and well-rounded manner. We currently support 1265 children in our Holiday and Saturday School Programme in Gauteng and the Western Cape, 336 learners in the Computer Literacy Programme and a further 151 youth in various universities and colleges throughout South Africa, via our Post-Secondary Programme.

The aim of The Tomorrow Trust is to assist vulnerable children and the youth in being released from the cycle of poverty, of charity, and in becoming self-sustainable, self-reliant individuals who are pro-active contributors to our society and economy. Self-development and holistic support is an essential part of The Tomorrow Trust.

We pride ourselves on the personal relationships we have with our students and donors. We become the support network that many of these individuals do not have. We provide holistic support, including one-on-one attention, face-to-face visits, and we are in constant touch with our students. With our tangible model we encourage corporates to volunteer and get involved with aspects of the programme.
